Last night, I went to By-Th’-Bucket with this guy:
We are on a mission to use all of our Groupons before they expire this month. Just two more to go.
This bread better watch out… because we eat at least two baskets every time we eat there.
I tried a new salad this time, a Cajun Salmon salad. It was way better than the Chinese chicken salad from last time. This one had corn, black beans, jicama, tomatoes, bell peppers, and blackened salmon (which may look dry, but it was actually cooked very well).
Joe got some linguine Del la Rosa or something. It was yummy and had a lot of clams and onions in it. Joe doesn’t like onions= I am the luckiest girl in the world. I picked them all out and ate it with the bread :P
After dinner, we stopped by at Yogurtland for dessert. Summer= frozen yogurt every other night. It’s the right thing to do.
This morning, I was lazy and didn’t want to do anything, but I somehow got my butt out to the gym and told myself to just start on the treadmill and see how it goes. I ran for about 34 minutes and walked for 3 minutes, covering 4.5 miles.
I must have been tired… I told myself to just exercise for an hour and so I did 13 minutes on the stair-climber (revolving staircase) covering “1.5 miles”.
As I walked out, I was like, “Wow, I only did 6.o miles in 60 minutes?” And then during my drive home, I realize it was only 50 minutes. Whoops.
Oh, well. Good enough.
Tomorrow, I will be at a 4th of July Fair in San Leandro!!! I’m volunteering and will be stationed at one of the games or bouncy houses :D
Come see us if you’re in the area!! If you don’t see me, check inside the bouncy house. I’ll be the big Asian girl knocking down little kids and practicing back flips.

Have a wonderful day, everyone! And even if you feel lazy, just go out there and do a little something. You’ll feel better after :)
