Dots freak me out. I guess it’s the same with circles.
This is how it started out:
Last night, I went to the gym with the roomie. I wanted to show her some of my favorite upper body workouts (just those shoulder burnouts- which actually aren’t burnouts I guess… since it doesn’t follow actual weight lifting?- and plank variations).
I did 30 minutes on the stairclimber first. The machine only went up to level 20, but I wanted to go faster. This one is not as hard as the ones at other gyms (because a level 20 on other stairclimbers would mean I’m running up the whole time).
Super sweat- done.
Then I had the roomie start with 2.5 pounders (I grabbed the 5 pounders to be a beast). Though she was smiling, she said she wanted to say some very bad words to me. Why? Because her arms were on FIIIIIRE. We had some good laughs while doing planks and other core-work. It was so fun. And she totally hated me and loved me at the same time :)
I’m gonna try to make her laugh or life up something heavy to see if her core or arms are sore, hehe :P
Okay. I haven’t done Bikram yoga in a while… but I WILL do it today! I promise!! (plus the voucher I used expires next week).
I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.
Question: Do you get grossed out by dots/ multiple circles (meaning… does my painting give you the heebie-jeebies)?
