This post is just random stuff from yesterday. Not much explanation… just jumping around and many pictures.

Ever had Korean sweet rice cake?
Yeah. It’s rice… that has been packed together into cakes. Plenty of carbs. So flippin’ delicious. I ate this for like two days last year before my marathon. I was plenty stocked with glycogen for that race!
I went to Noel’s to visit her and cutie-pie Urijah!
He’s a real charmer already! Every time I looked at him, he would smile and look away shyly. So very very adorable!
For lunch, we had Korean crabcake kind of things, and Korean rice rolls (kimbap). I know Misty usually likes to have kimbap before races, so I got the idea from her

On our way to a birthday dinner, Joe really wanted to take a picture in front of the pretty lights:
Or maybe I made him take a picture in front of it because I think any kind of lights like that is pretty. I can’t remember.
Our November birthday dinner bash was held at Buca di Beppo!
Here are our awesome (and young) November birthday kids! Happy 18th to James (left), and happy 19th birthday to the twins, Arthur and Evelyn!
Wow. This camera is pretty awesome in low-light. The people way in the back were too engrossed in conversation to smile for me. Hmph. Anywho, I’m glad Buca is able to seat 20 of us… and have family-style dining which is perfect for so many people!
We were super stuffed! And then we ate some more… desserts
I was picking on these young ones all night… so they started picking on me later. They only pretend to not like me… in reality, they are pretty much my biggest fans and think I’m super funny.
After about 20 minutes of loitering, we decided to go to Moonlight for some bowling! There were a few of us who decided not to bowl, but found other things to do instead. Michelle knocked that bag to kingdom come. This game is kind of addicting… I did it once and felt like I wanted to spend like 8 more dollars on it just to get a really high score.
Also, Steven gave a quick tutorial on how to punch, so don’t mess with me. I found out I’m incredibly strong and agile.
Hah, I joke. If you decide to pick a fight with me, you’ll have to catch me first. I’ll just be running away as fast as I can.

That was my Saturday! Today is more resting, driving up with one of the RA’s to Sacramento, going to the expo, dinner, and then (hopefully) SLEEP before tomorrow’s race!
